Job Description
As a  Sales Support Specialist , you'll manage incoming and outgoing calls, handle up to 10 email accounts, and maintain clear communication across our team. Engage in vital conversations, schedule video calls, and ensure smooth sales processes. Serve as the CRM Management focal point, efficiently categorize and forward leads, and contribute to the organization's success by aiding in document creation and management. Your impeccable attention to detail and proactive support will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and streamlining our sales efforts.
Here’s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day (Mon - Fri, 05:00 AM - 02:00 PM)
Work setup: Onsite
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in communication tools (Teams, WhatsApp for Business, email).
  • Familiarity with CRM management tools, especially Monday.com.
  • Coordination across time zones and scheduling expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative efficiency.
  • Prior sales support or administrative experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Sydney time.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, utilizing Teams phone system.
  • Manage up to 10 email accounts, promptly responding and forwarding relevant emails.
  • Engage in incoming communication, provide informative responses, and participate in video calls.
  • Act as the CRM Management focal point, utilizing Monday.com to track sales interactions.
  • Collect and forward leads to Business Development team, ensuring diligent follow-ups.
  • Implement strategies for organized sales tasks and interactions.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing documentation and contracts.
  • Manage social media accounts, company website, and collaborate on content creation.
  • Schedule meetings across time zones, arrange travel plans, and manage incoming mail.
