Job Description
As a Sales Support Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in our client's success. Your responsibilities include updating LinkedIn and Facebook with weekly posts, preparing monthly Hints & Tips emails to clients, managing client testimonial requests, conducting research, and taking calls from the sales line to qualify inquiries. Additionally, you will perform data entry, send email blasts, generate and process new sales leads, create sales documents, and provide outstanding customer support.
Here’s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati
What do you need to succeed?
  • Previous admin support with customer service experience (preferable).
  • Ideally, experience with Australian companies (e.g., Telstra, TPG, or large-scale IT firms).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of IT operations.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Availability for a full-time position with a one-hour lunch break, 9 AM – 6 PM Australian EST, and 3 hours every 6 weeks on a Saturday morning for paid training.
  • What awaits you in this role?
  • Take calls from the sales line and qualify inquiries.
  • Perform data entry in Act! CRM and update the database.
  • Send regular email blasts.
  • Update LinkedIn and Facebook with weekly posts.
  • Prepare monthly Hints & Tips emails to clients.
  • Manage client testimonial requests.
  • Conduct research on suspects.
  • Call prospects for appointment setting for Account Managers.
  • Generate and process new sales leads.
  • Create sales documents.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients.
  • Take inbound overflow calls from the Tech Support line.
  • Regularly update contact information in ACT! and Syncro database.
  • Create mailers through our marketing program.
