We are seeking a SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our growing team!
Position Overview
Provides reactive sales support on behalf of the Association career centers run and managed by YM Careers. Completes a variety of sales activities, including entering customers into sales cadences and sending templated email messaging. Will complete small transactional sales orders in conjunction with U.S. based team members. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader.*
A Day in the Life
Received notifications from YM Careers Admin system that need to be follow up on, with email outreach.
Use Salesloft and Salesforce, to enter employers into a prebuilt sales cadence.
Facilitate any inbound orders, that do not require the assistance of a US based sales representative
Introduce U.S. based sales team members, when sales opportunities arise where average sales price could be increased, or larger package could be introduced.
Proactive outreach to leads that are produced by Cebu based lead generation team with a prebuilt sales cadence
Creation of leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
Report in on daily sales progress-bookings and activity.

Preferred experience using and managing Salesforce entries
Preferred experience using Salesloft but not required
Proficient in basic applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems.
Must be willing to operate in environment measured by activity metrics
Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Accurate data entry skills
Problem solving ability
Excellent organization and follow up skills.
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
