Leadership Style: A self -directed leader who takes ownership of their team’s results and doesn't wait for instructions to solve problems.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven Success: A history of building teams from the ground up and moving them through the training -to -production pipeline.
