The Role

LS Global Trade, a sister company of GTT established in South Korea & specialised in trading between Korea and foreign countries, with a focus on SEA markets including the Philippines is looking to hire a BD/ Tradesman with a very competitive salary package plus commission on top. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Making cold calls, and emails to generate new sales opportunities
• Obtaining new clients through personal interactions, word-of-mouth, and marketing collaboration.
• Maintaining strong client relationships to retain them.
• Suggesting customer-friendly modifications or new services.
• Developing contracts and business proposals to increase customer revenue.
• Negotiating with clients for the greatest prices.
• Evaluating customer feedback and making improvements
• Contributing to the development of tailored communication materials (e.g., Proactive proposals, related marketing materials) used to further develop client relationships.

Ideal Profile

• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Experience in BD/ sales and trading & logistics preferred, especially related to Korea-Philippines market
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Excellent service manner with a 'can do' attitude
• Embrace a STARTUP MINDSET
