Job Description - Sales Training Assistant

The Sales Training Assistant supports the Sales Training Team in ensuring smooth implementation of all training programs. This role handles logistical arrangements, training coordination, budget monitoring, and report preparation, while also stepping in to conduct basic training sessions as needed. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist trainers in delivering effective sales capability programs.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate and facilitate all FAI training programs (both In-House and Broker Group).
  • Prepare logistical requirements for training sessions, including venue/room reservations, training materials, equipment, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Prepare, monitor, and process budget requests for training activities; ensure timely liquidation in accordance with company policies.
  • Compile, prepare, and submit required training reports to management.
  • File and route documents related to training operations.
  • Safekeep all training equipment, supplies, and documents to ensure proper inventory and maintenance.

Training Delivery Support

  • Conduct Basic Training programs in the absence of the Sales Training Officer (STO) or Assistant Sales Training Manager (ASTM), for both FAI Alabang and FAI Cebu.
  • Assist other trainers during training delivery as required, including preparation of visual aids, materials, and technical setup.
  • Support in monitoring trainee participation, feedback, and post-training assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration/management or any related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, sales support, or administrative functions (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking to groups when needed.
  • Willing to travel to other training locations (e.g., Cebu) as required.
