Position : SALES/CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Work Hours : Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm EST (Monday - Friday 9pm to 6am Philippine time)
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : USD 900-1,500 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and support requests through various communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.
2. Sales Support:
- Support the sales team with text-based communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals.
- Conduct cold email outreach using platforms like Instantly.
3. General Operational Tasks:
- Manage and update spreadsheets with sales and customer data.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data cleanup, market research, and report generation.
- Maintain organized records and files.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or any other CRM software is preferred.
- Experience with Instantly for cold email outreach is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
- Experience exploring and utilizing ChatGPT for various tasks.
Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Sales/Customer Support).
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives.
Communication Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
