Job Description - Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team in a functional consultant capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and optimizing Salesforce platforms, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. This role will be central to managing the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce system, gathering business requirements, and ensuring effective system usage across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
  • Act as a functional consultant, working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automations
  • Perform user management (profiles, roles, permissions) and system configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and ongoing data hygiene within the Salesforce platform
  • Provide training and support to users, improving adoption and best practices
  • Assist in testing, documentation, and change management for Salesforce-related projects

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and standard objects
  • Experience with user support, training, and system troubleshooting
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements and propose Salesforce-based solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; other Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
