- Basic understanding of CRM concepts and SaaS business models.
- Solid understanding of the Lead to Cash Sales process.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Service functionality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with CPQ configuration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Lightning App Builder is considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support, maintain, and enhance the existing Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine Salesforce tasks such as user account creation/modification, profile and permission set assignments, license management, and product configuration.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement recommended solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations, including custom fields, records, Flows and processes.
- Recommend and implement system optimizations while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Test and validate your own Salesforce customizations, integrations, modules, and features to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other teams to assess and manage the impacts of Salesforce updates and releases.
- Analyze business requirements and implement solutions that align with best practices.
- Assist in the maintenance of integrations and the products being integrated.
- Update existing data and maintain a high degree of data integrity.
- Create and update basic reports and dashboards.
- Assist with data imports and exports using standard Salesforce tools.
- Document Salesforce processes and configurations.
- Triage issues and escalate when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, ideally with a SaSS company using Salesforce. Experience with CPQ is preferred.
