Purpose of Role
We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.
To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. Our Salesforce developer with use out-of-the-box platform capabilities before choosing a custom approach to solve a problem. This requires a solid understanding of whatstandard Salesforce features are available. The developer will also take a low-to-no-code approach when developing custom solutions. Code should be considered only for those unique situations where efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Creating timelines and implementation goals
• Testing the stability and functionality of Salesforce
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
• Writing documentation and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
• Maintaining the security and integrity of Salesforce environment
• Working with the Salesforce administrators to ensure data quality and security
Salesforce Developer skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
• Previous work experience with application and software development
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
• At least one of the following Salesforce certifications

• Proficient in no-code features of Salesforce: Quick Actions, Flow, AppExchange, community-led component
libraries
• Proficient in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, CSS and Lightning Web Components
• Proficient in SFDX, VS Code and sandbox deployment
• Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Design System and its standard components
• Good communication skills
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
• Good understanding on the data movements in Omni-Channel specifically with Service Cloud. (Routing
Configuration, Presence, Work Capacity)
• Worked in CICD based development is an advantage
• Familiar with LiveAgent, LiveMessage and Einstein ChatBot
