Salesforce Functional Consultant

Our company is hiring for a salesforce functional consultant. For the entire implementation and support of Salesforce CPQ projects, this role necessitates close collaboration with the client and project team. Responsibilities-

Take part in the collection of the overall business requirements and the documentation of the solution.

Salesforce Solutioning, Implementation, Hands-on Configuration, and Support.

Assure the application of best practices according to industry standards.

Work together with cross-functional teams to seamlessly automate workflows and maintain data consistency by integrating Salesforce with other apps and systems.

Take part in training sessions and assist Salesforce users in order to optimize platform adoption and utilization.

Oversee business application packages, including user modifications and additions, problem solving, and standards-compliant investigation.

Create a high-level understanding of the application ecosystem, record the flows and processes of business systems, and assist in efforts to find opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Four or more years of verified Salesforce Administrator experience combined with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and architecture.

Certifications in Salesforce Admin are required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to convert technical solutions into business requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work well with cross-functional resources and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Experience working on Education, financial service and EU cloud is preferable.

Must have got some experience working on Jira, wireframing tools, FSL data modelling.
