About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce QA Tester Senior Associate to join our client's team and ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce Cloud implementations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide testing processes, and contribute to delivering seamless user experiences. You will leverage your testing expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail to identify issues, recommend improvements, and uphold high-quality standards. This role provides the opportunity to deepen technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the quality and functionality of Salesforce Cloud implementations through thorough testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and project outcomes.
• Guide and support testing methodologies, frameworks, and innovative practices.
• Analyze user feedback and test results to inform improvements and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for testing processes, defects, and results.
• Uphold professional standards and quality assurance best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Salesforce platform environments.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking, test documentation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android) and familiarity with Salesforce features is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Willing to start immediately, if possible.
