Salesforce Trainer (Remote)

SnappyCX is seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer
to deliver engaging, on-demand training sessions for its client’s team. This is a remote, hourly position
ideal for a Trainer who is confident leading live, virtual sessions and can effectively support users across various roles in mastering Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a proven experience in delivering virtual and engaging group training sessions, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and features and be available for immediate resumption with training sessions starting as early as next week.. You will play a key role in improving our team’s confidence and efficiency with Salesforce tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, clear, and structured Salesforce training sessions via Zoom or other remote platforms

• Customize training to meet the needs and roles of various team members

• Provide step-by-step walkthroughs and address team questions in real time

• Assist with improving team efficiency and confidence in using Salesforce

• Recommend best practices and potential improvements to workflows

• Be available to schedule and lead sessions on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce trainer or consultant

• Proven experience in delivering group training sessions remotely

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, navigation, and use cases.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Must be based in the Philippines
