Salary Range: ₱25,000 Starting

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Pasay City

The role

The Salesman is responsible for supporting the company’s sales operations by promoting salt products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves fieldwork, client visits, and learning the fundamentals of sales within the salt distribution industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

• 
  

  Promote and sell the company’s salt products to existing and potential customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular visits to retailers, distributors, and end-users.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships.

  
  

Market Activity & Reporting

• 
  

  Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer trends.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide daily or weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Supervisor.

  
  


• 
  

  Support in collecting customer feedback for product and service improvement.

  
  

Order Handling & Coordination

• 
  

  Process customer orders accurately and ensure proper documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely product delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in following up on payments when required, according to company policies.

  
  

Sales Support & Team Collaboration

• 
  

  Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and product briefings.

  
  


• 
  

  Help with promotional activities, market surveys, and store audits.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the sales team to meet group and individual targets.

  
  

What we're looking for:

• Senior High School graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


• 
  

  No prior sales experience required; experience in FMCG or field sales is a plus.

  
  


•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• 
  

  Basic negotiation and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in the field and engage with customers daily.

  Basic computer skills (MS Office, mobile apps).
