Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). SAP ABAP HR, Lead Specialist (SAP ABAP Developer/Functional)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of ABAP experience
Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any relevant degree.
HCM Experience preferred
Fiori Experience an advantage
Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML..
Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services
Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web-based business process as a service application solutions
Motivation and desire for improvement
