SAP ABAP HR, Lead Specialist

Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology)

• ABAP Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ABAP programming.
• HCM Familiarity: Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) is preferred.
• Fiori Knowledge: Familiarity with Fiori is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of ABAP and ABAP Object-Oriented (OO) programming, including debugging.  Proficiency in ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, and XML.
• HR Application Expertise: Extensive technical and functional understanding of HR applications, processes, and services.
• Web-Based Solutions : Knowledge and expertise in maintaining web-based Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) applications.
• Drive for Improvement:  Motivation and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Customer and Company Focus:  Dedication to serving both customers and the company with excellence.
• Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly and simply.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles.
