Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Work with SAP team in maintaining stable landscape along with ability to showcase Industry's advanced solutions to improve efficiency
• Map business requirements to the technical architecture design and information model in SAP architecture
• Migrate complex SAP workloads to Microsoft Azure Both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Experience with Authentication technologies with cloud system for seamless user experience
• Hands on experience in technical landscapes of S/4 HANA, SAP ECC and Cloud integration
• Should be able to mentor Junior team members and coach them.
• Should be able to manage small technical team in the project.
• Should participate in the innovations and bring value addition to our clients and organization.
• Responsible for capacity planning and performance tuning for SAP systems and databases.

Requirements:

• At least 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementation
• Strong experience in Implementing Cloud Migrations
• Hand-on experience in Microsoft Azure Technologies
• Hands on experience on SAP SaaS products
• Sound knowledge in Configuring and troubleshooting Cloud environments
• Customer interaction experience
• SAP Integration experience with SaaS providers / Systems
• Good to have knowledge in ITIL, SAP Security, Network, Mobility
• Knowledge about SAP integration methodologies with between systems on cloud / on-premises
• Good to have knowledge of Agile Scrum way of working
• Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team

Must-Have Certifications:

• Certifications in Azure (Desired)
• Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA

Experience & Background:

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
• 7 to 10 years of IT industry experience in SAP domain.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
