About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BODS Manager to join our client's Digital Core Modernization practice and lead data management, integration, and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of SAP data solutions, analyze complex data requirements, and guide teams in delivering effective data management and analytics solutions. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to optimize data processes, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making while managing project delivery, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP data management, integration, and analytics solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Analyze client data needs and develop data models to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee data integration and migration initiatives using SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Lead the development of data solutions using SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Develop and oversee reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Utilize SAP BusinessObjects BI and SAP BW/4HANA to support data management and analytics requirements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize data management processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, integrity, accessibility, and security.
• Analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to support client business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across data management environments.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen their technical capabilities and support professional development.
• Address and resolve complex project, technical, and client-related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Promote innovation and adoption of emerging SAP data and analytics technologies.
• Ensure quality standards, project requirements, and delivery expectations are consistently met.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP data management, analytics, business intelligence, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Strong experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience with SAP BW on HANA, including data modeling and development.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data migration, data modeling, and data quality management.
• Experience leading data integration, migration, or analytics projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven consulting skills.
• Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring technical team members.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage complex projects and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform certifications.
