About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate to join our client's Digital Core Modernisation practice and support data management, analytics, and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze client requirements, develop data models, and deliver SAP data and analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and related technologies. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to improve data quality, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver effective solutions while developing your technical and consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and design SAP data management and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models using SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Perform data analysis and support reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support data integration and migration initiatives using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to improve data management processes, data quality, and accessibility.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support for SAP data and analytics solutions.
• Implement data quality, security, and integrity measures across SAP data environments.
• Troubleshoot complex data and technical issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP BW, SAP HANA, data analytics, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects BI for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence Cloud, data integration, and data migration is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, data integration, and analytics concepts.
• Experience in data-driven consulting and working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and evolving environments.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform certifications.
