SAP Controlling - Assistant Manager

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Support the Controlling (CO) workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client cost management and profitability processes.
• Configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
• Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.
• Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Controlling domain.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration, including cost planning, allocations, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of Universal Journal and S/4HANA innovations in Controlling.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
• Cross-module integration experience with FI, MM, SD, and PP.

Certifications:

• Required: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) Certification
• Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
