SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP CO functional design, configuration, and implementation across projects
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions
• Configure core CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data flow
• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), debugging, and issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and configuration guides
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on CO
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementations or support projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing / COPA (preferred)
• Experience in integration with FI, MM, and SD modules
• Hands-on experience in testing, support, and troubleshooting
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
