SAP FICO Consultant  

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements
• Analyze and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop needed configuration modifications
• Reports to Tax Program Senior Manager
• Updates all design, configuration, and specification documentation and conducts a documentation walk through with users and support team 
• Assists users to anticipate, identify and resolve post-go-live issues/defects
• Leads workshops with users to demonstrate and explain designed functionality and best practice processes
• Lead business process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
• Assists developers by responding to questions and clarifications
• Perform Unit testing and assist users to perform User acceptance testing
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of Tax program implementation projects
• Make SAP configuration settings as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with Business Management or BS Accounting (or related field), or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum of 4 years SAP consulting experience and at least 2 end to end implementation
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills essential
• English fluent 
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Active role in data gathering for the implementation
• Overall knowledge of SAP Finance solutions; FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash Management) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
• Customer service focused attitude
• Customer liaison role troubleshooting (investigate, analyze, and resolve) 

Candidate must be amenable to work in a Hybrid Setting for a Contractual employment .
