ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities for utility clients. The role requires strong domain expertise in SAP for Utilities (IS-U) with hands-on experience across billing, device management, customer service, and integration with FI/CA and CRM systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP IS-U modules including Billing, Device Management, Contract Accounts (FI-CA), and Customer Service (CS)
• Conduct business process workshops and fit-gap analysis with utility sector stakeholders
• Design functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom development
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Support data migration, interface mapping, and middleware configuration as needed
• Provide end-user training and prepare documentation (functional specs, test cases, manuals)
• Handle post-go-live support, change requests, and issue resolution in production
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FICO, CRM, PM, MM) for system integration
• Ensure solutions are aligned with SAP best practices and utility industry standards
• Work closely with the client’s IT and business teams to manage system improvements and updates

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-U implementation or support
• Strong process knowledge in utility billing, metering, and customer services
• Functional configuration experience in IS-U modules: Billing & Invoicing (B&I), Device Management (DM), Customer Service (CS), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
• Experience working with smart metering, deregulated market processes, or energy/water/utilities sectors is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and client interaction skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be open to work fully onsite at the Manila office
