We’re Hiring: SAP Service management Level 3 (ABAP/SD) 

 Location: Hybrid - DXC Manila Eton Cyberpod Two, Quezon City  
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities 

  • Investigates and documents system discrepancies and ensures that appropriate fix and adjustments are made to avoid business impact. In-scope issues are production incidents for SAP Physical Distribution [Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing] 

  • Debugging of customized solution to get the root-cause. Code development for the bug fixes and remediation. 

  • Maintains, tests, and implement changes catered through fulfillment requests to meet end-user requirements 

  • Manages good working relationship with Business Experts and Key User Network. 

  • Provide technical/functional expertise and continuous learning and analyzing the end-to-end system/process flow and architecture. 

  • Creating and reviewing technical documentations, procedures and instruction guides to provide assistance in the troubleshooting and investigation of new and recurring errors by other support members 

  • Creating the Change Records documentation of fixes with proper artifacts such as UAT approvals and implementation steps 

  • Handling escalation from the stakeholders and proposed/implement a solution on how this can be prevented in future. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience  

  • Typically, 4-6 years of relevant work experience in industry 

  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology  

  • Proven track record as primary skill in developing and optimizing SAP ABAP S4  

  • Deep-rooted experience in advanced ABAP Debugging (complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis). 

  • Demonstrated exposure to SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules is highly regarded. 

  • Background in SAP APO GATP is a significant advantage for this role.
