SAP Specialist Fixed Term

The position is primarily responsible for implementing and supporting SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, process mapping activities and development of IT reports/systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide SAP system and other in-house application support to internal and external customers as well as coordinating escalated issues with 3rd party service providers


• Perform thorough testing of new program/bug fix released by 3rd party service provider including SAP user and role maintenance


• Process SAP configuration and other user requests


• Prepare detailed flowcharts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes.


• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time and adhere to the implementation of quality policy, functional objectives and process goals.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information Management or any IT related course.


• Minimum five (5) years of experience in system analysis, SQL query and SAP (FICO, MMWM,
