SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Performance and Goals

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals module based on client requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Design and manage performance forms, goal plans, competencies, and calibration templates.
• Support integration with Employee Central, Learning, and Compensation modules.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with talent management strategies.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in Performance and Goals.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring performance forms, goal plans, and route maps.
• Understanding of performance cycles, goal alignment, and calibration processes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.
• Familiarity with SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance and Goals.
• Exposure to other modules like Succession & Development or Compensation.
• Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
• Knowledge of continuous performance management and feedback tools.
