Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• The SAP TM AM is responsible for successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
• The candidate must have 2 End to End TM Implementation Experience.
• Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing.
• Provide functional and business process expertise on a project team which generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.
• Participates in pursuing client sales opportunities and working on bid & proposal efforts.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
• Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout

Must-Have Certifications:

• SAP TM Certified

Experience & Background:

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
• 4 to 6 Years of SAP TM experience.
• 7 to 10 Years of Overall SAP Exp
