Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• The SAP TM Manager is responsible to work on all phases of SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementation which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support.
• Work in the technology organization and business representatives to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP TM
• The candidate must have 2 -3 End to End TM Implementation Experience.
• Provide expertise in the development of best practices in SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management

• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
• Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
• Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
• Excellent Communication Skills

Must-Have Certifications

• SAP TM Certified

Experience & Background

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
• 5 to 7 Years of SAP TM experience.
• 10 to 14 Years of Overall SAP Exp
