About the Team You’ll Join

Gamma Communications is a UK-based business communications provider offering cloud-based solutions, including voice, connectivity, unified communications, and cybersecurity. They serve SMEs, large enterprises, and public sector clients, operating their own network and partnering with global tech providers.

Job Overview:

Work setup: ONSITE

Salary: PHP 30,000.00 - PHP 35,000.00

Role Overview:  

Responsible for supporting Gamma’s channel partners and sales account managers with understanding their bills and, where required, processing corrections and adjustments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good organization skills are essential and able to manage/prioritize own workloads.
  




• Must be a confident communicator, willing to challenge and resolve conflicting priorities across different levels and functions within Gamma.
  




• Experience of working with suppliers would be advantageous but is not essential.
  




• Experience configuring Horizon and Gamma product portfolio would be an advantage.
  




• Experience within a Technical environment to assist with remote configuration work streams.
  

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Scheduling equipment configuration and installation work threads on behalf of a geographically diverse field engineering capability.
  




• Planning and optimizing efficiency.
  




• Liaising with project managers, co-ordinators, and support teams to meet the various installation requirements of all active projects or service impacting faults.
  




• Communicating and scheduling work with suppliers.
  




• Coordination of stock demands, working alongside Gamma’s existing stock management function.
  




• Manage general enquiries via internal systems.
  




• Manage work threads to SLA, working alongside other teams (both internal and external) to exceed customer expectations.
  




• Assist with configuration of Gamma hosted products which includes Horizon.
