Scheduler

International SOS is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler, QTC VA Programme to support the coordination and administration of medical examination service requests (ESRs) within the WorkSafe Centre of Excellence. This role is responsible for scheduling, case management, provider coordination, client communication, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage medical examination service requests (ESRs).


• Schedule appointments and liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams.


• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and database updates.


• Ensure timely follow-up on cases and service delivery milestones.


• Support billing processes and payment guarantee requirements.


• Escalate service issues and ensure compliance with operational procedures.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in a customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administrative role.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and database systems.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.


• High level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.


• Fluent written and spoken English required.
