Scheduler (Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Scheduler to join our team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting client coordination. The position starts on-site for the first 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work based on performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Make outbound cold calls to schedule appointments with potential clients 
• Receive and manage inbound calls professionally 
• Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments 
• Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings 
• Ensure timely follow-ups and rescheduling when needed 
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline scheduling processes 

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling roles (must have) 
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections 
• Clear verbal communication with a light or neutral accent 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
• Basic knowledge in WellSky or another healthcare or homecare scheduling platform.
• Reliable and punctual, especially during on-site phase
