Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

As an SEO Specialist at Octal Philippines Inc., you will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our clients' online presence. Your core responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, performing on-page and off-page optimization, analyzing website performance, and staying current with industry trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience.

To be considered for the SEO Specialist position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of on-page optimization techniques and off-page strategies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Solid writing and communication skills for content creation and client reports.
• Adept at project management, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local SEO best practices is a plus.
