We're Hiring: Security Architect!

Role Exposure:
Security Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the overall security architecture framework of the bank,
ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the bank's
systems and infrastructure.
Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and
procedures to protect against cyber threats, data breaches and mitigate security risks.
Security Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance
the bank's security posture.
Security Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices such
as GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc. Monitor security controls and measures to ensure ongoing effectiveness and
compliance with industry standards.
Incident Response Planning: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond
to security incidents and breaches.
Security Awareness Training: Provide security training and awareness programs to educate employees about
cybersecurity risks and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of
the bank's operations.
Security Governance: Establish and maintain security governance processes to ensure the ongoing effectiveness
of security controls and measures.
Security Monitoring and Reporting: Implement security monitoring tools and processes to continuously monitor the
organization's systems and networks for suspicious activities, and provide regular reports to management on
security metrics and trends.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of
outsourced systems and services.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and trends, and continually
assess and improve the organization's security posture.

Qualification:
Application Security
Modern Application Architecture
10+ years experience on IT, architecture and/or
security related jobs.
Preferably candidates that has experience from these backgrounds (banking/credit
card/investments/loans/remittance/trade)
