Security Risk & Consulting Manager

About the Role
International SOS is seeking a Security Manager to serve as the security subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients across the Philippines. This role will partner closely with commercial, consulting, and operational teams to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver security, crisis management, and workforce resilience solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.


• Support client retention and growth through workforce resilience, travel risk management, and crisis management solutions.


• Act as the security SME for proposals, bids, tenders, and client presentations.


• Identify and drive security consulting and managed services opportunities.


• Deliver security-focused client briefings, workshops, and product demonstrations.


• Collaborate with regional consulting teams on solution design and project delivery.


• Represent International SOS at industry events, professional forums, and media engagements.


• Support security assistance operations, incident management, and crisis response activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, International Relations, Law Enforcement, Disaster Management, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security, consulting, military, law enforcement, intelligence, NGO, disaster management, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of security risk management, crisis management, and travel risk management.


• Experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder engagement, and business development is an advantage.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.


• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.


• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work outside regular business hours when required
