Job Description - Senior Account Manager

Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. Job Summary:

Our client is an innovative PropTech SaaS platform transforming real estate marketing. We help agents, agencies, and franchises save time and grow their business with automated campaigns, AI-powered content creation, and seamless CRM integrations. Trusted by leading real estate brands across Australia and New Zealand, our client is on a mission to make property marketing effortless and effective.

Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with client’s enterprise and high-value real estate clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong SaaS account management experience, marketing automation knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve measurable results through the client's platform, while identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients (real estate agencies, franchises, and enterprise accounts).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account strategy.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, branding, and ROI.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on account health, usage, and performance.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure client satisfaction and retention goals are met.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows (experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRMs is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
  • Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
