Transform ideas into money; help the organization come up with works that are award-winning, memorable and inspiring helping the clients achieve its interests
Develop new clientele, manage the business side of creativity
Establish and maintain good rapport with and satisfaction level of clients
Strategic alignment of creative work and client expectations
Must have Great Client Facing Skill

Supervision over juniors experience preferred
