JOB OVERVIEW

After much success across Europe, Africa and LATAM employing our world class B2B Turnkey solutions, Pronet Gaming is now turning it’s attention to the Asian market. We have thus far made significant strides in securing the appropriate licences, setting-up our local operation, and fine-tuning our product for success in the Asian market, so we are now embarking on the next stage of our expansion.

The Head of Key Accounts is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships within the Pronet Gaming platform. The role involves overseeing major accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Industry-Specific Strategy

  • Develop and implement account management strategies that consider the unique challenges and opportunities of the B2B iGaming sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to offer up-to-date solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on account milestones.

Management of Support Team

  • Oversee and manage the support team responsible for addressing issues within key accounts.
  • Liaise between key account managers and support teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of industry-specific technical challenges.
  • Prioritize and escalate technical issues as needed and monitor the resolution process to ensure client satisfaction.

Client Onboarding

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new key accounts to ensure a seamless transition and successful initiation of services.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and product delivery, to deliver on onboarding milestones.
  • Create and manage an onboarding checklist and ensure all requirements, such as legal documentation and initial setup, are completed.
  • Establish early communication cadence and harmony to set the stage for a long-term, successful client relationship.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

Account Monitoring

  • Track, analyse, and report key account metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise account strategies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop account management and support teams.
  • Work closely with junior and senior account managers and support team to achieve account objectives.

Problem-Solving

  • Resolve any issues and challenges faced by key accounts on time.
  • Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams.

Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
  • Compliance and Regulation
  • Ensure that all activities align with industry regulations and company policies.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Malay is considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and MsOffice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php999,999.00 per month
