Job Description - Senior Account Manager (SPG)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Must maintain or exceed a minimum amount of sales quota.

  • Build and maintain and expand strong professional relationship with customers.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Trends solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers.

  • Work as intermediary between client, supplier, and corporate operations team.

  • Provide timely forecasts through Salesforce and other forecast templates as required.

  • Create and prepare proposals and pricing using standard Trends template (Proposal, SOR).

    • Ensure that sales lifecycle are met according to commitment with customers (Delivery, Implementation, Billing and Collection).

    • Assist in billing and collection requirements of customers.



  • Deliver in a timely manner requirements of SAP such as SOPO, Demo Lists, etc.

  • Provide adequate judgment regarding Payment Terms vis-à-vis Payment History.

  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • College Degree (BS Economics/ Business Administration/IT/BS ECE or Computer Engineering or any course related to this) or higher



  • With at least 1-year professional experience in Sales and Information and Communications Technology (ICT)



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Executives.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft tools and other basic business software for Day-to-Day activities.
