This opportunity comes with the possibility of business travel to Australia, giving you a global exposure and a unique professional experience.

Headquartered in the Northern Territory, Australia, we have grown from a small one-person operation to a thriving organisation of over 150 dedicated employees serving a myriad of clients. Now, we are expanding our operations to IT Park, Cebu, Philippines, offering a salary range from Php 110,000 to Php 125,000 with sign on bonus upon joining. 

The Role

The selected candidate will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

• Management and execution of bookkeeping and payroll functions for Australian business operations
• Processing of invoices, bank statements, and supplier payments
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register and Chart of Accounts
• Handling payroll duties for accounts with more than 100 employees
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and employees to manage queries and ensure compliance.

About You

We are seeking candidates with:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• CPA certification (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Must have 3 years' Australian bookkeeping and payroll experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience using the XERO accounting system 
• Proficient knowledge of Australian Tax Laws and internet banking
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
• This is an office-based role (non-negotiable) 
• Work hours are Monday to Friday from 0800-1700 ACST
• Availability to start immediately
