About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting Associate – RTR to join our Finance team onsite at our Makati office. In this role, you will support the Record to Report (RTR) function by ensuring the accuracy of financial data, driving month-end close activities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

What you’ll do

• Manage and execute complex journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.


• Lead aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring adherence to IFRS/GAAP.


• Analyze financial data and variances, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance.


• Perform intercompany transactions and reconciliations.


• Perform Bank reconciliations timely and report any discrepancies


• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules as required.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A) to resolve accounting issues.


• Support external and internal audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.


• Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements, and drive implementation.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA license is preferred.


• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in an RTR or shared services environment, with prior audit experience.


• Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and financial reporting principles.


• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar.


• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a global team environment.
