1. Financial Reporting 
- Prepare monthly and annual period financial close
- Prepare account reconciliations, cost reports, intercompany billings, bank reconciliations and other
various financial reports, as assigned.
- Reconciles intercompany transactions
- Reconciles sales transactions
- Prepares weekly cash flow forecast
- Assists in the preparation of annual budget
- Prepares schedules of account in preparation for audit compliance
- Monitors liquidation of advances and validates supporting documents
- Maintain/updates Fixed Asset Register and Employee Accountability
- Maintains file and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy
and accepted accounting principles
- Review and validate payment vouchers before processing of payment
- Other reports required by local management and home office

2. Banking and Treasury 
- Initiate Intercompany telegraphic transfer
- Handles foreign currency requirement
- Coordinates with bank for any bank related concern

3. Inventory and Product Costing 
- Prepares inventory costing
- Prepares landed costing for new product shipment

4. Statutory Reporting/Government Compliance 
- Prepares computation and payment of taxes such as Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Return,
Monthly and Quarterly GST Return
- Prepares audit requirement for compliance
- Takes the lead in application for Renewal of Business Permit and other permits and licenses as
required by the government

5. Other duties 
- Handles Petty Cash Fund
- Remittance of employee contribution for government mandatory benefits
- Handles expense report liquidations and reimbursement of upper management
- Other duties assigned as deemed
