Senior Analyst

• Conceptualize innovative ideas to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and objectives 
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. 
• Develop sitemaps to define information architecture. 
• Organize content effectively for optimal user comprehension. 
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions. 
• Apply usability heuristics and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design. 
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop). 
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices. 
• Create and maintain design systems of reusable components for efficient development. 
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. 

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred 
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD 
• Experience with After Effects for motion design is highly desirable 
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices 
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles to ensure design feasibility 
• Ability to design effective graphs and charts for data visualization, demonstrating an understanding of how to present data clearly and accurately 
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills 
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
• Strong comprehension skills. 
• Amendable to work onsite with 9-6pm or 10-7pm work schedule Mon-Fri.
