About the Job:

We are looking for an Android Developer Senior Associate to join our client's Managed Services team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications. In this role, you will build and enhance Android (and potentially iOS) applications, work closely with designers and backend teams, and ensure performance, usability, and security standards are met. You will also participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities while supporting the continuous improvement of mobile solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android (and iOS when needed).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement and integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of mobile applications.
• Ensure applications follow secure coding practices and data protection standards.
• Maintain documentation for application features, development processes, and technical updates.
• Stay updated with mobile development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
• Support deployment, release management, and application updates.
• Assist in mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers.
• Contribute to innovative mobile solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.
• Proven experience in mobile application development.
• Strong skills in Kotlin and Java (Swift/Objective-C is a plus for cross-platform work).
• Experience with REST API integration and backend services.
• Familiarity with Flutter or React Native is an advantage.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
• Experience in performance tuning, testing, and release management.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
