About the Client

Our client is a young, experimental architecture and project management office located in District 4, Zurich. We develop, plan, and build projects of various scales, including museum renovations, commercial properties, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and cooperative housing. Our services encompass everything from strategic planning to financing concepts, project planning, implementation, and turnkey delivery.

About the Role

As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in projects. You should be able to do independent drafting of detail and execution plans in collaboration with project managers and architects. 

What you’ll do

• Independently draft detailed and execution plans for residential buildings, in collaboration with responsible project managers and architects.
  
• Collaborate in preparing other necessary documents for building applications (certificates, concepts, etc.).
  
• Create and update color and material concepts.
  
• Check and approve plans from specialist planners and contractors.
  
• Maintain close dialogue with clients, specialist planners, and construction companies.

What You Bring

• Completed basic training as a draughtsman EFZ specializing in architecture, with advantageous initial professional experience.
  
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD and MS Office.
  
• Candidate must held leadership positions in a team and are accustomed to working collaboratively within a team.
• Candidate have worked with AI applications in the architectural field and is able to actively integrate them into their workflows. (Preferrable but not required)
• An independent, structured, precise, and self-reliant work approach.
  
• A flexible and reliable personality with a passion for architecture and a strong three-dimensional imagination.
  
• Interest in detailed studies, creating tender and execution plans, and other versatile planning tasks.
