Job Title: Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Makati City (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Morning Shift (Standard Business Hours)

Role Objective

The Senior Associate provides critical financial insights to leadership by managing the budgeting process, forecasting future performance, and analyzing operational results to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly financial results against budget and prior year; identify key drivers for over/under-performance.
• Management Reporting: Prepare monthly "deck" presentations for senior management, highlighting KPIs and financial trends.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads (Marketing, Ops, HR) to monitor their spending and help optimize their budgets.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain $DCF$ (Discounted Cash Flow) models, ROI analyses for new projects, and "What-If" scenarios.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or CFA level 1 is a plus).
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or corporate finance.
