Senior Associate, Salary Loan Relationship Management

Job Purpose

• Manages the relationship with assigned accredited Salary Loan companies and ensures the employees utilize the facility
• Ensures that target for salary loan sales are met
• Responsible in achieving assigned KRAs pertaining to volume and quality of applications
• Reviews declined accounts and request for deviation / credit approval, if qualified under exception policies
• Responsible for the renewal of accredited companies for salary loans applications.
• Conducts sales clinics / virtual sales clinics for the assigned accredited companies.
• Maintains good relationship with company’s authorized representatives to gain preference on salary loans applications

Job Requirements

• College Graduate, preferably of a business-related course
• With at least 2 years work experience and with experience on various areas of Sales, Relationship Management, Program Management, Customer Service
• Experience in loans or any financial institution will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Has good business acumen and capable in objections handling
• With excellent customer service skills
