Senior Benefit Analyst (Prism)

The Senior Benefits Analyst serves as a lead Analyst on the Benefit Administration team supporting mentorship and development of Benefit Analysts. This role is responsible for assessing, configuring, and maintaining paperless benefit enrollment systems, and related files, reports and data exchanges with brokers, consolidators, and carriers. This position will also analyze, audit, evaluate, and resolve reported errors within benefits administration business systems or third-party vendor programs, including resolving, reporting and/or escalating appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide call monitoring and mentoring for benefit team members, as needed.
• Train and support Benefit Analysts in benefits administration processes and systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll audits for benefit deductions; notify appropriate teams of necessary corrections (debits/credits) to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Lead and support benefits-related projects such as online benefit enrollment, ACA, and data import/export (including DataBridge).
• Configure and maintain electronic benefits enrollment platforms.
• Manage data file feeds and integrations with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or data discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor and maintain ACA compliance reporting, including 1095-C form generation and IRS e-filing.
• Provide phone support for complex benefit inquiries and act as an escalation point for customer calls.
• Support annual benefits renewal process by updating plan designs, rates, and eligibility rules in the system.
• Prepare custom reports for management, vendors, and clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise on PrismHR configurations and reports related to benefit eligibility determinations for new hires and annual renewals.
• Create and maintain system benefit plans, rates, contributions, and online enrollment, including all aspects of benefit implementation.
• Configure and administer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and 401(k) plans.

Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CST

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration or HRIS systems, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of PrismHR, particularly in:

• Benefit administration and enrollment
• Informer reporting
• Data imports/exports
• Billing reconciliations

• Demonstrated ability to create, analyze, and interpret complex reports and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration laws and regulations (ACA, FSA, HSA, 401(k),
• Willing to work onsite at JY Square Mall, Cebu City, or San Juan City, Metro Manila.
