Senior Billing and Collections Specialist

Position Overview:

As an Accounting Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily accounting operations and leading a team of accounting professionals.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Assign tasks and set performance goals for team members.

Financial Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
• Generate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management to support decision-making.
• Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Communication and Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.
• Communicate financial information and insights effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar certification preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and other CRM tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 50,000php - 60,000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
