Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks including clerical tasks such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, cash posting and basic bookkeeping for 20-50 clients.
Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements
Prepares monthly financial statements, including income statements and updating balance sheets
May provide payroll support
Prepares monthly sales tax reports
Assists with general admin support
Communicate with client and technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required.
Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.
Key Qualifications:
6-10 years of Bookkeeping experience
Intermediate QuickBooks QBO.
Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets
Experience supporting a US company, a CPA firm is a “plus”
Strong attention to detail
Reliable
Shift / Hours:
Monday Friday in one single shift, 3:00 AM EST 12:00 PM EST within Daylight Savings Time and 2:00 AM EST 11:00 PM EST outside of Daylight Savings Time. Note this is +12 or +13 Philippine time, which will be 3:00 PM PHT 12:00 AM in PHT.
