Job Description:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• With at least 2 years meaningful experience in Bookkeeping
• Computer Literate - Intermediate to Advanced Level knowledge in MS Excel
• With at least 1 year experience with Oracle
• Strong analytical skills, Keen to details and and a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong ability to multitask and work on tight deadline
• Amenable to Work On-site
Accounting:
1. Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries and transaction details.
2. Reconcile accounts and prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
3. Review invoices and other financial documents, verifying the accuracy of information and resolving discrepancies.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
5. Utilize accounting software and other financial systems effectively to manage financial data.
6. Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
7. Provide support to internal and external auditors during audits and examinations.
8. Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as required, collaborating with the finance team
9. Preparation of Tax returns for filing
Administrative:
1. Assist in preparation of needed bank forms for fund transfer.
2. Filing in Portal of the needed requests for assigned budget in Finance.
3. Any ad hoc task
